Modern Slavery Statement
Financial year ending March 2026
1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that APTIM-Solutions Limited has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain. APTIM-Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales (No. 11976801) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
2. Our business
APTIM-Solutions is a management consultancy and technology company that helps mid-market organisations sense disruption, make better decisions, and deliver transformation with confidence. Our services include strategic intelligence (through the Disruptive Futures Platform), programme governance software (Orchestrate), transformation project delivery, transformation audits, and development centres. We operate primarily in the United Kingdom and work with clients across both public and private sectors.
3. Our supply chain
Our supply chain principally consists of technology infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, software licensing), professional services subcontractors, office and facilities suppliers, and marketing and communications partners. We recognise that modern slavery can occur in any sector and we are committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all our business relationships.
4. Our policies
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. Our internal policies support this commitment:
- Recruitment and employment practices — we verify the right to work of all employees and ensure fair terms and conditions of employment
- Supplier due diligence — we assess modern slavery risk as part of our supplier selection and onboarding process
- Whistleblowing — we encourage employees and contractors to report concerns about unethical conduct, including any suspicion of modern slavery, without fear of retaliation
- Code of conduct — our standards of business ethics apply to all employees, contractors, and partners
5. Due diligence
As part of our efforts to identify and mitigate risk, we undertake due diligence when engaging new suppliers and regularly review existing suppliers. We evaluate the nature of the supplier's business, the geographies in which they operate, and any indicators that may suggest vulnerability to modern slavery. Where concerns are identified, we will investigate and, if necessary, cease the business relationship.
6. Risk assessment
We consider our exposure to modern slavery risk to be relatively low given the nature of our business (professional and technology services) and the jurisdictions in which we primarily operate. However, we do not regard this as a reason for complacency and remain vigilant, particularly in relation to any part of our supply chain that extends into higher-risk geographies or sectors.
7. Training and awareness
We ensure that our leadership team and relevant staff are aware of modern slavery risks and the indicators to look for. We will continue to develop training and awareness programmes as our business grows.
8. Looking ahead
We are committed to continually improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will review this statement annually and update it to reflect any changes to our approach.
